我在乘公共汽车的时候，车里有很多人，我和弟弟、妈妈都被到后面去了，一名叔叔看见了，马上把自己的座位让给了妈妈和弟弟坐。我觉得这是位讲文明、懂礼仪的好叔叔。
在散步的时候，我看见一位小弟弟在溜冰时，不小心摔伤了，正在大哭。妈妈看见小弟弟伤得很严重，她毫不犹豫地把小弟弟送到医院。过了一会，弟弟的妈妈来了，感激地对妈妈说：“谢谢你，谢谢你把我的儿子送到医院。”妈妈谦虚地说：“没什么，别人看见了也会这样做的。”我觉得妈妈变得更讲文明、更懂礼貌了。
一次我们一家人到东莞图书馆看书。我们来到图书馆，看见这么多书，弟弟情不自禁地叫起来，“图书馆可真大，书可真多啊!”爸爸赶紧说：“在图书馆是不能大声说话的。”弟弟问：“为什么呢?”爸爸说：“图书馆是读书的地方，大声说话会影响别人看书的，是不礼貌的。”弟弟懂事地点点头。我觉得弟弟也懂礼貌、讲文明了。

文明时时住童心。在我们的小区里，就有这样一位礼待长辈的小女孩，她是我们楼道的“文明之星”，别看她才上幼儿园，却非常尊敬长辈，每每碰到熟人，她总会甜甜地问一声好，话虽平凡，可带来的真情和温暖是无限的。如果她和你相遇在狭窄的楼道口，那女孩一定会谦让地退在一旁，轻轻地说一声“您先走”。此言出口仅一瞬间，但留给大家的温馨与舒心可不止一瞬间。小女孩，我要为你竖起大拇指！。看来，礼仪修养也要从小做起呀！

礼貌，顾名思义，是一种符合礼仪的外在状貌。是对每个人最起码的要求。礼貌，也是一个人综合素质的标志，更是一个人高雅风度和美德的综合体现。几千年来，礼仪之风传承至今，我国素以“文明古国，礼仪之邦”著称于世。在当今社会，上到国家元首的互访，下至平民百姓的交往，从政坛巨匠的微笑到商界名家的握手，更是闪耀着文明礼仪的光辉。
纵观历史，讲文明，懂礼仪的动人故事数不胜数，程门立雪这个故事就是尊敬师长的好榜样。
“程门立雪”出自于《宋史杨时传》：“见程颐于洛，是盖年四十矣。一日见颐，颐偶瞑坐，时与游侍立去。颐既觉，则门外雪深一尺矣。”“程门立雪”说的是宋代学者杨时和游酢向程颢、程颐拜师求教的故事。杨时、游酢二人，原先以程颢为师，程颢去世后，他们都已四十岁，而且已考上了进士，然而他们还去找程颐继续求学。一天，杨时和游酢初次到嵩阳书院登门拜见程颐。他们二人来到嵩阳书院拜见时，正遇上程老先生闭目养神，坐着假睡。这时候，外面已开始下雪。这二人求学心切，便恭恭敬敬侍立一旁，不言不动。如此等了大半天，程颐才慢慢睁开眼睛，见杨时、游酢站在面前，吃了一惊，说道：“啊！你们二位还在这儿没走？”这时候，门外的雪已经积了一尺多厚了，而杨时和游酢并没有一丝疲倦和不耐烦的神情。从此，程门立雪这个故事留传至今。读了这个故事，让我知道了杨时和游酢求学的艰辛。后来人们常用“程门立雪”这个成语来表示求学者尊敬师长和求学心诚意坚。同学们在学校尊敬老师、学会做人、学会相处、学会学习更是讲文明的综合体现。

文明有“三礼”：礼仪、礼节、礼貌。把这三点做好了，才算得上是文明的人。但又有多少人去做它们呢?现在的人随地吐痰、乱扔垃圾。乘电梯不是先出后进，上下楼梯也不是靠右走，公交车上很少给老人家让座……当然，这只是部分人的做法，还是有很多人也懂得文明的。中央电视台有一次播放了一个公益广告：一位晨练的哥哥，一边跑步锻炼身体，一边帮孩子们拿不小心扔到树上的球，还把路边的可乐罐扔到了垃圾箱，还热心帮助一位费力上坡的拉三轮车老人推车。这名哥哥早晨跑了一路，好事也做了一路，快乐了别人也快乐了自己。这不也是良好文明礼仪的体现吗?
记得我有一次去超市买零食，我提着篮子正准备去收银台付钱，在拐弯处看见一位阿姨的篮子断开了，东西掉了一地。许多人路过看了看，又继续走自己的路。我看见了，就飞快地跑到阿姨身边，帮她把地上的东西捡到篮子里。阿姨看了我一眼，然后笑眯眯地说：“谢谢你，小朋友!”我不好意思地点点头。虽然浪费了一点时间，但我仍然很快乐。收银台有很多人，需要排队，我就很无聊地四周望了望。突然有一个人趁我不注意插了进来，我气愤地说：“不可以插队的，真是没礼貌!”他先是惊讶的看了看我，然后又看了周围的人，其它人也对他投以异样的眼光。他赶紧低头，悄悄地走到队伍后面。其实做一个我们的人很简单，从自我做起，从身边做起。
