　　时间飞逝,一晃半年的实习已经结束了。在这半年里,我学到了许多许多。我从一个一点经验都没的新手,在那虚心向前辈学习,认真研究如何上好课。经过半年的努力,我得到了许多宝贵的教学经验。以下是的教学情况。

　　一·听课。

　　这是实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级。小学阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,他们要的不是文章的思想内涵，而是一种能听、说、读的技能。带教的周老师教态很好，课程安排上面相当严谨,备课很充分。听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课早已经规划好了似的，大部分学生都知道了这节课要完成的内容。就算有突发状况的发生,老师学生也都能自行控制好时间。学校规定的听课是10节左右,我基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式。这些，都是值得我学习的地方。大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少英语教学的教学方法,不过，感觉大部分都是纸上谈兵。真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象。而对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如:Good!Great!excellent!等等。与此同时，还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题以便让他们集中注意力。板书的排版也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明了??这些都是书本上很难学到的东西。一周的听课时间下来,作为实习生的我，感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please!”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的。

　　二·写教案。

　　三·试讲。

　　四·上课。

　　以前，我们在学校的时候同学们就互相演练上课的经过。但是，现在真正地来到了课堂，感觉就完全不一样了!这里的学生没有外面演练时的“学生”聪明。因为，他们是真正的小学生!不是为了组织课堂而暂时扮演小学生的大学生!小学生活泼，爱动，很淘气，有的时候会叫你哭笑不得!在这种情况下，对于一个实习生来说，要维持好课堂纪律并操纵整个课堂是很难的!

　　带教老师董老师说，若你越宽容他们，他们就会越调皮，甚至连课堂纪律都不会遵守。因此，要想上好一节课，就必须很严肃!起初，我并不把董老师的话当真。但是，当我的课上到一半出现董老师说的那种情况的时候，我就严肃起来，终于，一节课在大家的努力下终于结束了!那时候，觉得“严师出高徒”还是有它的底蕴啊!

　　五·在实习中出现的问题

　　比如有些学生比较调皮,在课堂上,他们难免会有些吵,我说他们时,他们还会跟我顶嘴。他们都已经有自己的想法了;当课堂纪律有点糟的时候;还有当学生之间发生矛盾时,如何处理等等。

　　当遇到问题时,一定要及时解决。当他们在课堂上很吵的时候,有时我就采取罚他们抄作业,或者是跟他们讲情理。记得有一次我在讲解试卷时,有些学生上课很吵,讲的声音比我还要大声,我就说你们谁要是再讲话,我就让你们抄两次这份试卷。他们不信,继续讲话,下课时我就要求几个讲话的学生,让他们抄两次。当下节再吵的时候,我就以次来威胁他们,他们都乖乖的闭上了嘴。听我的课。

　　小学生之间难免会发生矛盾,那么小,又是比较喜欢玩的年龄。所以在那会有许多学生吵架之类的事。在最起先的时候,当我遇到这种事情,我都是不知所措的。后来这类事情多了,也就有经验了,知道要如何处理。记得第一次发生这种事的时候,我就只是问出事情发生的原委,并没有解决它。只是安慰了那个哭的女生。但后来,渐渐地,我就知道遇到这样的事情,首先就要有严肃的表情,问他们事情的经过,再批评他们哪里不对,错的要道歉,还要警告他们下次不许再犯了。

　　现在的小学生都已经有自己的想法了,他们会拿他们那一套理论来跟我理论。会在那跟你讲理,而且还是有点老大不小的,讲话还有点拽。

　　六·实*结。

　　我们怀着难以诉说的心情以及对教师这种职业的神圣的向往，来到了我们的实习目的地——海口市第七中学。这是海口市的一所普通中学，只设有初中部。学校建设也没我想象中的那么好。当然我根本没有想到，在之后的两个月里，我会在这里收获一段快乐而难忘的时光。我不仅从各个老师和学生们的身上学到了很多东西，而且和他们成为朋友，更重要的是，我在实习过程中感觉所学的到东西远远要比三年里在校园里学到的更丰富、更精彩，这些东西都是课本上学不到的。正所谓“实践出真知”啊，实践中收获到的远比书本来得真切和实在。我们来到海口七中受到了热烈的欢迎。首先，我们和该校的领导及老师召开了座谈会，他们向我们介绍了这个学校的一些情况：它属于区属中学，隶属于海南省海口市美兰区，坐落在美舍河旁边，风景优美，学校占地面积不多，一共设有三个年级，每个年级十个班。据这的老师介绍，因为是普通中学，所以生源都不好，学生的基础都很差。

　　我们实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学、班主任工作。

　　基本情况如下：

　　1、课堂教学：完成教案数为8份，上课节数为12节

　　2、班主任工作：组织了一次“怎么样学好英语”的主题班会；在班上组织了一次以纪念长征胜利70周年的诗歌朗诵比赛,选送代表参加学校的比赛.带领学生出了一期以“安全意识”为主题的黑板报;参加了学生的广播操比赛的训练及体育课;检查学生的早操情况及卫生情况，帮助班主任做好两次家长会的前期准备工作。 这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，自己所拥有的知识，那只是沧海一粟，所以应该在以后的生活中继续学习，正所谓“活到老，学到老”，要坚持与时俱进，要让自己的知识跟上时代的发展，不然会被这个社会所淘汰的；另一方面我也深深地体会到教学相长的深刻内涵。教学，不仅是老师教，更重要的是学生学，老师也能在学生的学习过程中发现自己的问题，时刻反思，才能更好的促进教学。

　　首先，我让我们班的班长给我画了一份学生的座位表，因为我知道，记不住学生的名字，看似小事，其实它在学生眼中是很重要的，如果记不住学生的"名字，学生就会觉得自己在老师心中没有地位，老师不重视自己，老师不关心自己，甚至会产生隔阂。在前面两周听课的时间里，我就抓紧时间把每个学生和他们的名字对上号。所以我在第一次上课的时候叫学生起来回答问题都没有叫错名字，下课后同学们都围着我问：“老师，你怎么才来就知道我们的名字呀？”有些学生还抱侥幸心理，以为我不知道他的名字，等我叫出他的名字时，都大吃一惊，这也是我们班学生最佩服我的地方，这也使我明白了：沟通是一种 重要的技巧和能力，时时都要巧妙运用。认识一个人，首先要记住对方的名字。了解一个人，则需要深入的交流。而这些，都要自己主动做。 下课后，孩子们经过我时，都敬个礼再亲切地喊一声：“老师好！”，我都觉得心情很愉快，原来快乐竟如此简单，只因被一群天真的孩子们认可。

　　在我从事教育教学活动时，我发现学生对英语学习的兴趣并不是很高。古人云：“知之者不如好知者，好知者不如乐知者。”兴趣对于一个学生的学习来说是一个至关重要的条件，特别是对于这些才接触到英语的学生来说，兴趣是非常重要的，兴趣是学习入门的阶梯，兴趣孕育着希望，兴趣溢着动力。而激发学生的兴趣不只是学生的问题，更重要的是老师的激情与耐心，这是做位一名老师应该具备的。激情与耐心互补促进，才能碰撞出最美丽的火花，工作才能做到最好。

　　初为人师，总是有些紧张。我记得我第一次给学生上课的时候我很紧张，站在讲台上感觉非常，站在讲台上感觉非常的不自在,手都在不停的发抖，脑袋里总是感觉空白,说了上一句就不知道下面要说什么了.下课后学生还问我：“老师，你是不是紧张啊?”可是两个月下来我已经可以很好的控制课堂,进入教室,站在讲台上也不会有一点紧张得感觉了,走进教室很自然,仿佛自己就是一名真正的老师了.每次上课我都以微笑面对我们班的学生,这也使我和他们亲近了不少,我相信微笑是可以拉近人与人之间的距离的.也是我对他们的微笑使我的课堂气氛显得轻松活跃,其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够了.这一次实习锻炼出了我的自信心,也磨炼了我的意志和耐心,更重要的使我们在课堂上学到的东西能用于实践中,对我们的学习结果也是一种很好的检测方式.

　　在班主任实习工作中，我组织开展了“如何学好英语”的主题班会。因为开这次班会的时候正是期中考试结束的时候,所以我先让学生们谈谈他们是怎么样去看待考试成绩的,开始学生都不积极发言,后来在我的引导下气氛才开始活跃了,后来才过渡到英语学习上来的,我让班上几个英语学得比较好的学生谈谈他们对英语学习的看法,介绍他们学习英语的经验和方法.最后,我告诉他们要学好英语必须要喜欢英语,只有喜欢一门课,才能把它学好,又给他们讲了一些英语学习的策略,和英语学习中听,说,读,写四个基本技能的重要性.

　　实习期间,我在办公室经常看到有些班主任对学生进行体罚,比如说罚站、罚做下蹲运动等。当然，这种方法可以暂时维持班级秩序。然而，这也无疑加深了老师与学生之间的隔阂，甚至会使学生产生厌学的心理。作为教育工作者，就要想方设法创设民主和谐的教学气氛，在教学活动中建立*等的师生关系。而且,教师要把自己当成活动中的一员，是学生活动的组织者、参与者、引发者，是学生的学习伙伴、知心朋友. 实习期间,我还和班主任老师一起在班上搞了一次以纪念长征胜利70周年为主题的诗歌朗诵比赛,帮学生选诗,选出两名同学参加学校的朗诵比赛,还拿回了一个二等奖.我还陪学生上了好几节体育课,原因是要广播操比赛,我在课下也陪他们练了好几次操,虽然最后我没拿奖,但是我们的成绩也很不错,本来是可以拿二等奖的,可是因为学校制定的规矩很奇怪,重点班只能有两个二等奖,三等奖全给普通班,所以我们虽然排在全年级第四名,可是什么奖都没有拿到.但是我也很开心,至少在这次活动中增强了整个班级的凝聚力,这才是最重要的.要离开的那个星期我还和我们办的宣传委员一起策划了一期以”安全”为主题的黑板报.

　　在给学生们上最后一节课时，我若无其事地讲课，却不敢多说一句话，也不敢多看他们的眼睛，就怕自己善感的性情泄露了秘密，包藏不住脆弱的眼泪，那一节课气氛很沉重。或许孩子们也知道我们要分别了，他们都很认真地听讲，谁也不说话，可我却从他们的眼里读到了浓浓的不舍。

　　在这次教学实习中，我系领导非常重视，多次下点督促，检查工作。我们的带队老师恪尽职守，既要完成自己的教学任务又要带队实习。她没有怨言，认认真真地完成领导交付的任务,每周都到实习点了解学生情况，及时了解实习点的情况及存在的问题，保证实习工作得以顺利进行，确保实习点没有出现教学实习上的问题，很好地完成了组织交给的任务。

　　当遇到问题时,一定要及时解决。当他们在课堂上很吵的时候,有时我就采取罚他们抄作业,或者是跟他们讲情理。记得有一次我在讲解试卷时,有些学生上课很吵,讲的声音比我还要大声,我就说你们谁要是再讲话,我就让你们抄两次这份试卷。他们不信,继续讲话,下课时我就要求几个讲话的学生,让他们抄两次。当下节再吵的时候,我就以次来威胁他们,他们都乖乖的闭上了嘴。听我的课。

　　小学生之间难免会发生矛盾,那么小,又是比较喜欢玩的年龄。所以在那会有许多学生吵架之类的事。在最起先的时候,当我遇到这种事情,我都是不知所措的。后来这类事情多了,也就有经验了,知道要如何处理。记得第一次发生这种事的时候,我就只是问出事情发生的原委,并没有解决它。只是安慰了那个哭的女生。但后来,渐渐地,我就知道遇到这样的事情,首先就要有严肃的表情,问他们事情的经过,再批评他们哪里不对,错的要道歉,还要警告他们下次不许再犯了。

　　现在的小学生都已经有自己的想法了,他们会拿他们那一套理论来跟我理论。会在那跟你讲理,而且还是有点老大不小的,讲话还有点拽。

　　自9月15号来到西浦中学起，在胡老师的指导下在初二(1)班实习英语教学，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

　　一、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

　　结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结;

　　1.课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”。

　　2.课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，*等对待。

　　3.讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

　　4.板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

　　5.讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的`课堂小结

　　6.声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

　　7.对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

　　8.在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

　　二、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

　　在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中，这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

　　考试、中考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

　　三、对英语课堂教学与英语教学法的思考

　　实习期间和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的教学法在这很难应用，是我们所学的教学法有问题吗?是它太先进而不能应用于这里的落后实际吗?到底问题在哪?

　　首先在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的教学法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的认识，觉得它在教学中至少起到了以下的作用。

　　它是一个标准，不管我们衡量一节课上的好坏，还是评价一个老师教学水*的高低，我们都在有意识或无意识地用教学法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试成绩要合理的多。既然是标准那也就是方向，也就是我们作为老师不断完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让学生喜欢的老师，简单地说既要有学识魅力，又要有人格魅力;课堂上教学严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与学生打成一片，时刻提高自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎么做才能有学识魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照教学法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探索了。

　　写教案从何下手，修改时应注意哪些问题;评课，议课应遵循什么样的原则;与学生交流以及上课处理意外情况应该朝着哪个方向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要继续发扬的等等这些具体问题的解决我们都需要参照教学法。

　　拥有所学的专业知识，带着满腔的热情，我来到了实习单位——华师附属南国实验学校。我既兴奋又紧张。兴奋的是，我终于可以在实践中检验大学四年获得的学习理论了；紧张的是，我能否在实习中做好我的工作。所以，我时刻督促自己，要好好把握这个机会，珍惜这个机会，在实践中学到在学校里学不到的知识，充实自我。

　　当然，我根本没有想到，在之后的两个月里，我会在这里收获一段快乐难忘的时光。我不仅从各个老师和学生们的身上学到了很多东西，而且和他们成为朋友。更重要的是，我在实习过程中所学的东西远远要比三年里在校园里学到的更丰富、更精彩。这并非否定老师的教学和自己的学习，只是实践中收获到的远比书本来得真切和实在。正所谓：“千淘万漉虽辛苦，一波三折有收获。”

　　这次实习，我任初二（3）班的英语科任实习老师以及该班的实习班主任。本次实习有两项主要内容——英语教学实习、班主任工作实习和教育调研。基本情况如下：

　　1、英语教学实习：完成教案数为9份，试讲次数为9次，上课节数为9节。

　　2、班主任工作实习：协助班级搞“贺中秋、迎国庆”黑板报及主题班会；组织班上学生参加学校拔河比赛、广播操比赛以及运动会；组织一次《学习经验交流》主题班会。

　　3、教育调研：完成一份主题为《小班教学模式的反思——以华师附属南国实验学校为例》教育调研报告。

　　一、英语教学实习

　　教学实习中，总的来说，我能虚心向原科任老师请教，认真备课，所设计的教案以及课件规范，内容准确。课堂教学中，我能积累经验，努力上好每一节课，教学效果良好。课外辅导耐心细致，对不同程度的学生能区别情况，因材施教，答疑解惑正确且有启发性，批改作业仔细正确。

　　刚到华师附属南国实验学校的前两个星期，我在学校的安排下，开始熟悉实习学校、班级情况，并随班听课，认真做好听课笔记与评议。为了全方面了解学校课程安排以及学生总体情况，我还听不同科目不同老师的课，观摩不同老师的教学风格以及学生对其的不同反应，学习不同老师调动课堂气氛的技巧，以及同一老师在不同班级教授同一内容的时候教学方法的调整。通过两个星期的听课，我受益非浅。另外，在指导老师的帮助下，努力熟悉和钻研教材、大纲，通过批改作业以及访谈的方式来了解学生学习情况、特别是英语学习情况。认真学习写教案，学习教师技能（包括掌控课堂、教学语言技巧等）。

　　第二周，在指导老师的鼓励下，我上了一节语法操练课。第一次“真刀实枪”踏上讲台以老师的身份给学生上课，我期待夹着紧张。于是把所有情绪都化作动力，认认真真备起课来。第一次战战兢兢地交教案给老师，请她批阅，然后试讲。指导老师很耐心地给我评课，指出不足的地方并且给出建议。我再对我的教案进一步修改，然后，我带着点羞涩与紧张，踏上讲台，开始讲课。总的来说，我的“处女课”上得还是很顺利的，完成了教学任务，教学环节设计得也较为紧凑合理，学生配合度与积极性也颇高。课后，指导老师在肯定我这几方面做得比较好的同时，也指出我的不足之处：声音不够宏亮，掌控课堂方面欠缺技巧。

　　第四周后期起，经过与指导老师的试讲、评课，我开始了正式上课的“旅程”。这次上课的内容是教授广州版初二英语上册第三单元的全部内容，包括练习课与评讲试卷课，共八个课时。我根据课程要求与班级特点，坚持写好每堂课的教案，且均以详案方式呈现，在上课前给指导老师批阅并进行试讲，进而评课，找出不足之处，及时修改。每上完一节课，我都能坚持与老师、队友交流，听取他们的意见，从中积累好的经验、吸取失败教训。同时，我还利用课余时间与学生交谈，获取他们的反馈。此外，我也及时向指导老师反应学生学习情况，努力做到教学相长。

　　我的课程于第六周全部结束。但是，我并不因为课程结束而放松。我在总结上课经验的同时，仍然坚持随堂听课与批改学生作业，并根据学生在课堂的表现与作业情况，对个别稍落后的学生进行课外辅导。在进行课外辅导的时候，我遇到了之前没遇到的问题。个别学生学习热情不高，对课外辅导十分反抗，不愿意配合我的工作，使得不好。针对这种情况，我与科任指导老师商量后，决定与班主任双管齐下，一方做好学生的思想工作，一方设计些小活动使得课外辅导形式多样化，提高学生的学习兴趣。此后，课外辅导明显好转，基本达到预期效果。

　　二、班主任工作实习

　　实习期间，在原班主任老师的指导下，我能很好地掌握和熟悉全班学生姓名、个性特点、兴趣爱好、思想情况、组织情况（干部、团、队员）以及班级特点。华师附属南国实验学校的特点之一是课外活动丰富。针对这种情况，我与另外两位实习班主任积极帮助原班主任老师组织班里学生参加学校组织的课外活动。

　　在“贺中秋，迎国庆”活动中，我们与学生干部共同商量活动方案，组织班上学生参加游戏，也积极加入到游戏中去，加深师生之情；出“贺中秋，迎国庆”黑板报的时候，我们给学生出点子，并与学生一起动手装饰黑板报；拔河比赛的时候，我们在旁拼命呐喊，组织好拉拉队，在本班输掉比赛的时候，我们也及时对学生进行思想工作；广播体操比赛的时候，我们鼓励学生认真比赛，做到最好；校运动会的时候，我们三个各司其职：想口号、排练队形、装饰班牌、制作小标志、写加油稿、做好运动员保健工作等等。在活动中，我们加深了对班级的了解，也加深与学生的"师生之情，同时深深体会到班级的凝聚力的重要性，也学会了如何组织好班级学生参加课外活动。

　　此外，在原班主任老师的指导下，我开展了题为“学习经验交流会”的主题班会。在这次主题班会中，我获益良多。从与原班主任老师商量确定班会主题、查找资料、安排班会环节，到实施班会计划，每一个环节我都做到了仔细研究、认真推敲。开完班会后，在与队友、老师交流的同时，我也进行了深刻的反思。在反思中，我明白到，要开一堂成功的班会课，考虑的东西很繁琐，但缺一不可。比如说，安排的环节要紧紧相扣，这样才能调动学生的积极性；准备给学生看或做的资料、题目一定要符合他们的程度、兴趣，这样才能牢牢抓住他们的注意力；引导学生的时候要循循善诱，这样才能使他们口服心服地接受老师的建议。

　　班主任的工作重要而繁琐，要求老师具有耐心、爱心以及技巧。班级就像一个大家庭，老师必须照顾每个学生，关心每个学生的需要，并进行有效的调配，才能让这个大家庭和谐健康。在这一方面，我非常用心地向原班主任老师学习，并从旁观察她的管理方法如何使得一个初一时学校公认纪律散漫的班级逐渐形成一个班干部负责认真、同学们互助互爱的一个集体。同时，我也适时向学生了解班级情况。在这个过程中，我发现该班女生很团结、认真负责、组织能力也很强。所以班上核心干部都为女生。而其余8位男生，除两位学习成绩名列前茅的学生外，均具有学习态度不够端正、学习热情不高涨、纪律性不强的特点。他们另外一个特点是团结以及热爱运动，特别是足球和篮球。在他们中间，有一位足球技术好的男生具有凝聚这帮男生的影响力，起领导者的作用。因此，该班班主任让这位男生担任纪律委员，对班上男生起到一个很好的约束作用。根据这一情况，我在开展实习班主任工作的时候，主要实行“抓重点战略”。即在女生这边宣传，然后再到男生处做思想工作。这样一来，工作开展得比较顺利。

　　在开展班主任实习工作的时候，我们也发现了班级存在的不少问题。比如，部分学生学习态度不够端正、班上学习气氛不够浓郁，班级纪律还有待进一步加强，部分学生在处理人际关系上不够好。对于这些问题，我们采取写信的方式给学生提个醒，并给出实际建议，希望初二（3）班蒸蒸向上、欣欣向荣。

　　三、教育调研

　　在教育调研方面，根据实习学校的特点，我参与到实习队调研小组搞的主题为《小班教学模式的反思——以华师附属南国实验学校为例》的教育调研。相对于教学实习以及班主任工作实习而言，我花在教育调研的时间较少。但是，我一点也不马虎。先是调研小组开会决定主题，然后分工查找相关资料，制定调查问卷，根据调查问卷对学生与老师进行访谈，再是整理与统计数据，得出结论，撰写调研报告，我每一步都做到认真落实、仔细研究。

　　通过研究，我们发现小班教学在生生、师生之间的互动、学校与家长合作以及学校环境等方面有正面意义。在对该校老师访谈过程中，老师们也普遍反应小班教学能让每一个同学得到更多的关注与关怀，也能更好地实施分层教学，在布置作业与课外辅导方面做得更合理与充分。同时，我们也不难在学生的回答中找到相同的特点。但是，该校对老师的继续教育方面做得不够，继续教育的内容不太符合切身的需要。此外，部分老师的教育观念并未更新，所用教学方法仍然是大班教学的方法，不符合实际情况。

　　通过将近两个月的实习，我得到了一次较全面的、系统的锻炼，也学到了许多书本上所学不到的知识和技能。古人有云，“纸上得来终觉浅，决知此事要躬行”。在实习之前，我对我在实习中能否东西不太确定。在这次实习生涯中，我更加清楚自己的长处与做得不够的地方，这有利于我在以后的日子里更好地完善自我。用心使我在此次实习中在班主任工作以及教学方面均有很大进步。我知道并相信，我在这次实习中学到的东西必定让我终身受益。

　　春节期间，我们有七天的假期。我们通常会在新年前夕和我们的家人呆在一起。我们有很多美味的菜肴，如鸡，鸭，鱼，肉等。但我们把鱼当做我们的主要菜肴，因为鱼代表着明年会变得更繁荣的.希望。然而，北方人通常吃饺子。这意味着辞旧迎新。晚饭后，我们总是看电视节目，看春节联欢晚会是传统。或者我们也会到外面放烟花。在新年的第一天，我们总是一如既往地给亲朋好友拜年，这样可以为彼此交换诚挚的问候。
